Friday, July 7 noFriction Cafe hosts an opening event for "Familiar/place/Everyday/function" featuring snacks, beverages, and ironing by the artist. Bring a t-shirt or piece of cloth (light colors) during the first 1/2 hour and Tracy will iron an image onto it!

Offering a quirky and affordable mix of paintings, drawings, and multiple "iron-on" masterpieces, Tracy's images elevate the ordinary with an occasional bit of humor. The exhibition explores functional objects at home, tackles drudgery in the office, and documents a changing Logan Square neighborhood.

The exhibition runs Friday, July 7 through Friday, August 4. noFriction Cafe is located at 2023 North California in Chicago.
